These terms apply to the international network access subscription service provided by VPNBX. Before subscribing or using the service, please read this page, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you have questions about specific rules, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to users by law.
Services and Scope
VPNBX offers subscriptions to international routes and access to client apps, covering 110+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription provides access to routes; client apps import configurations and manage connections. Neither provides membership or content licenses for third-party websites.
Available regions, route types, and configurations are listed in the user panel. Routes may change due to maintenance, network adjustments, or external conditions. Coverage does not mean every route is suitable for every use, nor does it guarantee continuous access to any particular website.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to register; you can sign up with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription configurations secure, and do not share credentials that provide access to your account or routes. If you notice an unusual login or a leaked configuration, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket in the panel.
The service supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, but subscriptions are for the account holder’s use on devices they manage. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly distributing configurations, or sharing accounts with others is not allowed. Unlimited devices does not permit providing connection services to third parties.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check the plan type, price, and data allowance on the Plans page. You must be signed in and have an active subscription to access client apps and subscription details.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those applicable to your activities, as well as the terms of any platforms you access. You must not use this service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, distributing illegal content, infringing others’ rights, accessing systems without authorization, malicious attacks, or disrupting network operations.
Using international routes does not change your responsibility for your actions or grant permission to access restricted material or use someone else’s account. Check the target service’s regional requirements, content licensing, and account terms yourself. You must not use this service to harm others or public networks.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device settings, carrier routing, and the status of the platform you access. VPNBX does not guarantee a particular speed, uninterrupted connectivity, or continuous availability of any specific platform. Some routes may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages. Check panel notices or submit a support ticket for help.
Third-party platforms are responsible for their own content, fees, account decisions, and regional rules. Responsibility for issues caused by external network outages, events beyond reasonable control, or incorrect user configurations will depend on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude any liability VPNBX must bear by law or limit remedies available to users under applicable law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNBX identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or conduct that puts the service at risk, it may restrict connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service in response to the risk. Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances. Where there is an urgent risk, VPNBX may suspend the relevant access first and investigate afterward.
If you believe an action was taken in error, explain the situation through a support ticket in the user panel. VPNBX will review your concern based on verifiable information. Charges after a subscription is terminated are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law; this section does not generally waive any right to a refund.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, the revised terms and update date will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the panel. Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions without notice.
