Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNBX website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why information is processed, how it is used, and what choices users have. Browsing activity on international websites and account activity on the VPNBX website fall into separate data categories, as described below.

Account Data and Purposes

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNBX processes usernames and password verification data to identify accounts, maintain login sessions, and manage subscriptions. An email address is not required for account creation. If a user voluntarily provides one in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and is not a condition of registration.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund outcome. They are used to activate services, verify payments, and manage accounts. Subscription status and data usage help determine service entitlements and remaining data; they are not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Support ticket contents are used to investigate issues. Do not submit account passwords, complete subscription links, or unrelated personal information.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNBX follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes or retain browsing histories, content accessed, or detailed DNS queries. VPNBX does not create historical connection logs linking accounts, source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times, and therefore sets no retention period for such logs.

Providing connectivity requires processing necessary session state while a connection is active. This state is used to forward traffic and maintain the connection; it is not retained as a record of past activity and is released when the session ends. Data usage is billed cumulatively, without retaining the destination of each visit. The no-logs policy does not mean account or order records are absent, and it does not change how destination websites handle data.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help assess page usage and identify access issues. They may include pages visited, referral sources, browser types, and device categories. This information describes visits to the VPNBX website, not browsing activity on subscription routes. Analytics follow the data-minimization principle and do not use identity credentials or subscription tokens as analytics fields.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface state. Users can view or clear this data in their browser; doing so may require logging in again or resetting preferences. Logging out and clearing local storage do not automatically delete order records on the server. After using a shared device, log out and clear the login state.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosure

VPNBX supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant payment provider processes payments under its own rules. VPNBX receives the transaction identifier, amount, and status needed to verify orders, and does not ask users to provide payment passwords in support tickets.

Payment records and the account no-logs policy should be understood separately: payment providers may retain transaction data, and USDT transactions may also be searchable on public ledgers. VPNBX discloses information only as necessary to deliver services, handle disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account data is not used for sale or advertising profiles.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide services. Order and refund data is retained for as long as needed for accounting checks, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Website analytics are kept only within the scope and for the period needed to meet their purpose, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period because different data serves different purposes.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal. VPNBX will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deleting an account may affect service delivery. Records that must be retained by law or because of an unresolved dispute will be restricted to necessary uses and handled after the reason for retention ends. Users must clear local browser data themselves.

Policy Updates and Contact

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown as the last update will be revised. Significant changes to the purposes or scope of data processing will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If a new processing purpose requires consent, consent will be requested separately.

For questions about this policy or data processing, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Describe the relevant account, request, and context, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. Subscription rules are available in the Terms of Service; refund request rules are in the Refund Policy.
