Devices and apps

Use as many devices at the same time as you like. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Devices connected to the same account share the data allowance. Apps, subscriptions, and account balances are separate: apps connect to the service, subscriptions provide route configurations, and your plan determines your data allowance and billing rules.

Find app downloads in the user panel. Sign in with an active subscription to access the apps and subscription details. If you're new, follow the getting started guide: import your configuration, then test access in the apps you use most.

International routes and use cases

Coverage spans 110+ countries and 240+ routes. Check the user panel for available locations, route types, and configurations. Choose a route based on the region required by your destination service, then compare how it performs. Your plan's data allowance alone doesn't determine which route is right for you.

Access to AI tools and streaming platforms depends on each platform's rules and should be tested individually. Plans do not include platform subscriptions or guarantee access to all content. Privacy and account support

After payment, return to the user panel to check your order status, plan, and data balance. If the payment result doesn't match what's shown, keep your order number and payment receipt, then request a review through a support ticket. Don't pay again while the status is still unconfirmed. Refunds and the never-expiring validity of data packs are separate rules; a data pack's validity does not mean you can request a refund at any time.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and include the relevant order so the payment and account status can be checked. If you have multiple orders, specify which one you want reviewed. You don't need to troubleshoot a connection issue first. If you also need connection help, describe it separately in the ticket.

Watch for a reply to your ticket and provide any transaction details requested. Refund options, verification, and next steps are subject to the refund policy and ticket response.
